**Position: Marketing & Sales Manager - E-Commerce (Remote)**
**Overview:**
We are seeking a dynamic and entrepreneurial self-starter to join our team at Coyote Jocks. As a Marketing and Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in shaping and executing marketing strategies to engage our target audience and drive sales.
**Responsibilities:**
**Strategic Planning:**
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and social media plans to drive sales and engagement.
**Brand Development:**
- Cultivate and enhance the brand image specifically tailored to the needs of the LGBT+ audience.
**Content Creation & Influencer Management:**
- Oversee the creation of compelling content, including social media campaigns, blog posts, and visual materials, reflecting the brand's values and connecting with the target demographic.
- Manage content creation across platforms including YouTube, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, and Facebook.
- Responsible for SMS/MMS text marketing.
**Digital Marketing:**
- Manage online advertising campaigns to drive website traffic and conversions.
- Utilize SEO and SEM strategies to optimize the online presence.
- Develop and execute email marketing campaigns.
**Partnerships and Collaborations:**
- Identify and foster partnerships with influencers and organizations within the LGBT+ community.
**Wholesale Sales:**
- Manage wholesale sales and fulfillment for independent retailers and chains purchasing from Coyote Jocks.
**Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of work experience in e-commerce marketing, influencer marketing, advertising/media.
- Proficiency in creative marketing using Canva.
- Understanding of LGBT+ culture and community dynamics.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Mailchimp is an asset.
