I’m a first time buyer trying to figure out the right sizing. A pair of shorts I bought was too big and I was denied a return/exchange without a reason or explanation. The shorts are cute so that I ended up buying a smaller size, but I now regret that decision. Terrible first impression. This is the first and last time I’ll be shopping here.
