Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders of $99 to locations in Canada and the United States.

    For international destinations, see calculated shipping rates during checkout. These rates include prepaid duties and taxes to ensure you seamlessly receive your order.

  • If your order does not qualify for our Free Shipping the following standard shipping rates apply:

    • USA: $8.00 USD
    • Canada: $10.00 CAD
    • International: Rates calculated at checkout
  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order. Shipping times after order processing are displayed below. 

    Delivery Estimates:

    • USA: 2-8 business days
    • Canada: 4-8 business days
    • Europe: 6-12 business days
    • Australia: 6-14 business days

    Please note these are estimates and actual delivery timeline depends on your order.

  • Orders from Coyote Jocks ship from the USA.

    There is no duty on USA & Canada orders. Taxes apply and are calculated at checkout.

    For international orders duty & tax is billed at checkout to ensure you seamlessly receive your package.

  • In the event an insufficient address is provided and/or the order is returned to sender, the item can either be re-shipped at the customers expense or refunded less an USD $10 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.  

Returns

  • We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, if you are unsatisfied with your product you can reach out for a store credit or return within 30 days of purchase.

    Please read below as exceptions apply.

    • Personal items including underwear, swimwear, socks, and bodysuits/singlets cannot be returned or exchanged.
    • Items with removed or missing tags cannot be returned. A photo to guarantee tags and condition of product may be requested.
    • International orders outside of the USA & Canada are not eligible for return or exchange

    When applicable, return shipping is at the customers expense, both a store credit or refund can be requested.

  • Return shipping posting is paid for by the customer.

Promotions

  • Yes, our discount codes expire. Most codes are associated with a specific promotion that runs for a short period of time. If you have any questions about a particular discount code, please contact us.

  • The ability to combine promo and discounts is dependent on the terms of each code. Please read the email or messaging associated to the applicable code/promotion.

  • Please contact us with your order number and the code you would like to apply to your order. If it is applicable to your order, we will happily apply it!
