Shipping

  • We offer free shipping on orders over $99 to locations in Canada and the United States.

    For international destinations:

    • United Kingdom: free shipping on orders over £90 GBP
    • European Union: free shipping on orders over €100 EUR
    • Australia: free shipping on orders over $190 AUD

    If your destination is not listed, see calculated shipping rates during checkout. These rates include prepaid duties and taxes to ensure you seamlessly receive your order.

  • If your order does not qualify for our Free Shipping the following standard shipping rates apply:

    • USA: $8 USD
    • Canada: $10 CAD
    • United Kingdom: £6 GBP
    • European Union: €10 EUR
    • Australia: $18 AUD

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days from when we receive your order. Shipping times after order processing are displayed below. 

    Delivery Estimates:

    • USA: 2-8 business days
    • Canada: 4-8 business days
    • Europe: 6-12 business days
    • Australia: 6-14 business days

    Please note these are estimates and actual delivery timeline depends on your order.

  • Orders from Coyote Jocks ship from the USA.

    For USA, Canada and Australia orders, there are no duties. Taxes apply and are calculated at checkout.

    For United Kingdom and European Union orders, duties and taxes are included in pricing.

    For orders, where the destination is not listed above, duty & tax is billed at checkout to ensure you seamlessly receive your package.

  • In the event an insufficient address is provided and/or the order is returned to sender, the item can either be re-shipped at the customers expense or refunded less an USD $10 restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.

    If you are between sizes, we always recommend sizing up.

  • Yes, we currently offer wholesale on select collections. Please contact our team through our Wholesale Inquiry form.

Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a return, exchange, refund, or store credit.

    Returns are accepted for eligible items only. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, in their original condition, and have all original tags and packaging attached. We may request photos to confirm the condition of the item before approving a return.

    Change-of-mind returns are handled in accordance with applicable consumer laws. For health and hygiene reasons, personal items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. This includes:

    • Underwear
    • Swimwear
    • Socks
    • Bodysuits
    • Singlets
    • Any item that has been worn, washed, used, altered, damaged, or has missing or removed tags.

    If your item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, not as described, or if you are otherwise entitled to a remedy under applicable consumer protection laws, we will provide the remedy required by law.

  • Return label postage for approved change-of-mind returns is at the customer’s expense unless otherwise required by law.

  • Yes, our discount codes expire. Most codes are associated with a specific promotion that runs for a short period of time. If you have any questions about a particular discount code, please contact us.

  • The ability to combine promo and discounts is dependent on the terms of each code. Please read the email or messaging associated to the applicable code/promotion.
