Really wanted to like this harness because I like how this looks, but customer service is just horrendous. I reached out initially since this was my first harness and they recommended my size based off the size chart. I ordered the proper size and noticed some issues with the harness wrinkling around the chest when worn. I inquired to ask if that was a product issue and they recommended sizing up to fix the wrinkling issue. I let them know I had concerns of the size up fitting loosely and they said it would be fine, they still made me pay the exchange shipping costs. Lo and behold, the new size they recommended did fit loosely and it still had the wrinkling issue which makes me think it is not a quality product. Customer service takes forever to respond and has no accountability as I am still out the money for exchange and return shipping despite their recommendations. No attention to detail at all with my case.
